Phones, Phones, Phones!

There has been a lot of talk about the brand new LG BL20 Chocolate – however there hasn’t been a lot of talk about when it will be available or when it is going to come out.  Well, the question has finally been answered because the LG BL20 Chocolate will be available very, very soon and it is going to cost just under $400.00 – which is okay right?

The specs on the LG BL20 Chocolate are incredible!  The LG BL20 Chocolate features a 2.4-inch QVGA TFT display with 262k colors (240 × 320 resolution), a 5MP shooter with Autofocus and LED flash, a built-in FM radio, and a media player that supports WMA, AMR, MIDI, AAC, AAC+, MP3, 3GP. MP3s file formats.

All of that in a phone?  That is crazy!  I’ll keep you posted as to the availability on this particular phone!

So let’s talk about LG – I know that we just did a blog about some phones that this particular company was doing, but they are one hot company right now.  Currently, they are coming out with a couple new phones that are geared toward Japan, however they could sneak over to the states if you really wanted one.  The LG L-06A and L-04A phones are two phones that I think everyone will really like – they are touchscreen after all!

These phones feature: swiveling touch panel, a 5.1MP camera, a MicroSD external memory, and HSUPA(High Speed Uplink Packet Access) service. The “G” button on the keypad provides users a one-touch connection to Google’s business directory. 

Another cool thing about the LG L-06A and L-04A is the colors!  Red, pink, white, black – every color you can think about pretty much!   Very cool!

We all know that Philips is known for their phones – specifically they are known for their phones because of the fact that their phones last forever.  The Xenium series is the one with the battery life and I am pleased to report that they have a brand new phone to add to the family … the Philips X650.  This particular phone is actually a slider and it is so cool looking that you might think you are in the future.

The Philips X650 features a 2.4-inch TFT LCD display with 240 x 320 resolution and 262K colors, a 3.2MP autofocus camera, an FM radio, a 30MB internal memory, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth, a USB port and comes with an remarkable battery lifetime that lasts up to 8 hours in talk-time, or up to one month in stand-by mode.

Although the pricing and availability is still a mystery, it has to be said that the Philips X650 is a phone that people are going to want … me included!

Personally, I happen to love everything about Sony and I absolutely love the fact that Sony has come out with all sorts of new phones and the fact that they are going a bit greener.  The latest and greatest inventions from Sony Ericsson are the C901 GreenHeart and the Naite phones.  Both of these phones are a lot greener than most cell phones and that is exactly what I am going to go into detail about right now.

For example, how many phones do you know of that built from recycled plastic components, or have waterborne paint or even have eco-friendly packaging?  All the above is what comes with the C901 GreenHeart and the Naite phones and honestly – these phones are packed with all sorts of technology too, so you are not going to be missing out on anything!

While these phones will not come out until quarter 2 and 3, they are definitely on the way and certainly some of the best cell phones in the world – because they help the environment!

Let’s talk about how cool having an actually really good camera on your phone is.  Not only is having a pro camera on your phone extremely convenient, but to be honest, I think that it is a bragging right too.  Take the latest and greatest cell phone from the best electronics company in the world: Sharp.  The Sharp AQUOS SHOT 933SH is not only one cool looking phone, it is packed with technology!

Take the fact that this phone has GPS on it, a 10MP CCD camera along with a 3.3 inch VGA wide LCD screen, BlueTooth connectivity, Global roaming services and you can record videos on your phone, up to about 10MB capacity!  And if you do not like the color, you can switch it up to Ivory, Black, White, Bordo and even Blue.

So what are you waiting for again?  This phone is only about $497.00, which isn’t that bad for all that you get with it right?  Right!
